The Religion of Football

Football is a lot like religion. You turn up once a week, and believe. Believe in your team no matter what the circumstances, and no matter what's happened to you in the week. For 90 minutes, everything else is forgotten, and you support your club. It doesn't matter how many other people are supporting the same club, you've made your choice, and they are your club. It's not a come and go thing, you love it or you don't. There is no in between. There is only football.
